Ice Maintenance Machines – Procurement Of Ice Maintenance Machines For Ice Rinks For Tikkurila Areena And Tikkurila Practice Ice Rink. The Sports Service Area Of The City Of Vantaa Acquires Two (2) New Ice Machines As A One-Time Purchase For The Customers Ownership To Replace The Current Equipment, Which Is Nearing The End Of Its Technical Useful Life. The New Ice Maintenance Machines Will Be Used In The Tikkurila Areena And The Tikkurila Practice Ice Hall. The Goal Of The Acquisition Is To Improve The Ice Quality Of The Ice Rinks, Enhance Daily Maintenance And Ensure That The Operation Of Both Ice Rinks Remains Smooth Even During The Busiest Times Of Use. The Use And Driving Of The Ice Machines Mainly Takes Place In The Indoor Ice Rink, But The Use Also Includes Occasional Driving Outside To Empty The Snow Tank. For The Aforementioned Reason, Ice Machines Must Also Be Suitable For Driving Outdoors On Uneven Ground With The Tanks Full. The Ice Machines To Be Purchased Must Be Of The Same Make And Model. A More Detailed Description Of The Ice Machines To Be Purchased And Their Technical And Functional Requirements Can Be Found In Appendix 6 Of The Request For Tenders (Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Ice Machine). Ice Machines Must Have A Three (3) Year Warranty Period, After Which The Maintenance Of The Ice Machines Will Be Covered By The Maintenance Contract. The Duration Of The Maintenance Contract Is Four (4) Years. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Period Of The Maintenance Agreement With Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Subscriber Shall Notify The Option Implementation Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. A More Detailed Description Of The Warranty And Maintenance Contract To Be Included In The Purchase Can Be Found In Appendix 8 Of The Request For Tenders (Maintenance Contract For Ice Machines). Based On The Competition, One (1) Contract Supplier For Ice Handling Machines (Total Of 2 Pcs.), Including A Maintenance Contract After The Warranty Period, Will Be Selected As The Winner.
