The Assignment Concerns The Acquisition Of (In Accordance With Gemma/Municipal) Standard Software (Licenses) Which Can Be Purchased On Premise And/Or As Saas/Iaas/Paas (Xaas) Solutions, Including Advice, Renewal, Management And Maintenance. The Contractor Is Willing And Able To Provide All Standard Usage Rights (Licenses) And Maintenance Of Usage Rights (Licenses And/Or Software Assurance) Available On The Market From The End Manufacturers Or Software Suppliers. The Contractor Is Required To Purchase Standard Software Directly From The Manufacturer Or A Distribution Channel Designated By The Manufacturer. This Emphatically Does Not Concern Custom Software, But Standard Software, I.E. Software That Does Not Require Further Development When Purchased For A Specific Customer. See The Tender Documents
