Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Petőfi Bridge Design. Planning For The Renovation Of Petőfi Bridge. Tenderer: Kbt. Pursuant To Section 105 (1) Point B) It Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement, Within The Framework Of Which It Wishes To Procure The General Design Management Tasks Of The Following Work Parts 1 And 3 (Tasks) In The Framework Of A Direct Order, The Work Parts 2.1 Or 2.2 (Tasks) And The Individual Design Management Tasks Of Work Part 3 With A Contract Following A Written Consultation. The Tenderer Undertakes To Make A Call For The Order Of The First Part Of The Work After The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement. During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, It Is The Task Of The Successful Bidder To Carry Out The Following Activities As Specified In The Public Procurement Documents And, Where Appropriate, In The Second Part Of The Framework Agreement Procedure: This Project Consists Of Three Main Work Parts, The Technical Content Of Which Is As Follows: Task 1.: Preparation Of Licensing Plan Documentation, Obtaining All Necessary Approvals, Consents And Permits, Which Is Suitable For The Implementation Of Both Task 2.1 And Task 2.2. The Task To Be Planned In The Licensing Design Phase Includes: • Full Corrosion Protection Of The Steel Structure; • Exchange Of Heels; • Tram Track Replacement (Rail And Pouring, Insulation, Covering); • Track Plate Insulation And The Replacement Of The Road Surface; • Sidewalk Cantilever Widening And Construction Of A New Sidewalk Slab (Separated Sidewalk And Bicycle Lane); • Installation Of Decorative Lighting, Which Gives The Bridge A Dignified Appearance Even In The Evening Hours; • Architectural Reconstruction: The Goal Is To Restore The Appearance Of The Time Of Construction (1937): Color, Barriers, Etc. (Except Naval Memorial); • Highlighting The Structure Of The Bridge Structure With Decorative Lighting; • Complete Renovation Of The Internal Premises Of The Bridgehead; • Examination Of The Maintenance Of Traffic, And Therefore The Possibility Of A Two-Stage Implementation Of The Bridge Renovation (Half-Track Closure), During The Preparation Of The Temporary Traffic Technical Plan Documentation During The Renovation. Task 2.: Preparation Of Execution Plan Documentation And Tender Documentation • Task 2.1.: Preparation Of Execution Plan Documentation And Tender Documentation Necessary For A Complete Renovation • The Technical Content Of The Execution Plans Of The Complete Renovation Is The Same As The Technical Content To Be Planned At The Level Of The Authorization Plan, So The Complete Renovation And Development Of The Bridge Is Realized, Including: O Maximum Corrosion Protection Of The Steel Structure; O Replacement Of Tram Tracks; O Architectural Reconstruction; O Installation Of Decorative Lighting; O Widening Of The Pavement Console. Etc. Or • Task 2.2.: Preparation Of Construction Plan Documentation And Tender Documentation Required For Partial Renovation, Its Technical Content Includes: O Partial Corrosion Protection Of The Steel Structure; O Replacement Of Heels (16 Pieces), Of Which 4 Each At The Abutments Of The Mederhíd, Another 8 Pieces On The Bridge Above The Quay On The Buda Side; O Due To Changing The Heels And Strengthening The Support Points Of The Heels; O Track Plate Insulation In A 1.5 M Strip Next To The Edge, Above Bridge Deck Spaces, And At Local Fault Locations; Asphalt Scrap
