The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Renovation Of The Residential Buildings At Paul-Junius-Straße 36-42 And Alfred-Jung-Straße 16-22 In Berlin-Lichtenberg In The Inhabited Building, Including The Complete Renewal Of The Drinking Water, Hot Water, Circulation And Wastewater Pipes As Well As The Collecting Pipes In The Basement. At The Same Time, The Structural And Technical Requirements For The Implementation Of An Integrated System For Gray Water Use And Wastewater Heat Recovery (Iwiq - Integrated Water And Heat Recovery In The District) Must Be Planned. The General Planner Must Fully Integrate The Resulting Requirements Into His Overall Planning, Coordination And Approval Planning And Provide All Planning Services Required For This, Including Interface Coordination. The Planning Of The Second Pipeline Network As Well As All The Tga Planning Services Required For This Must Be Provided By The General Planner.
