The Quantities Specified In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Are Determined On The Basis Of The Previous Consumption Of The Contracting Authority, Increased By An Estimated 10%, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Use Them And Is Not Limited By Them. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Client To The Contractor.
