The Laubholz Technical Center Intends To Build A Biotechnology Center For The Development, Optimization And Transfer Of Biotechnological Processes From The Laboratory Scale To The Pre-Industrial Scale As A Pilot And Scale-Up Facility In An Existing Industrial Hall At Its Location At Sauerbrunnenstrasse 6 In Göppingen. The Technical Center Is To Be Built In An Existing Ground-Floor Hall That Is Heated To At Least 10 °C In Winter. A General Planner Should Create An Overall Plan That Includes Both The Technical Center Area Itself And All Infrastructural Measures. The Planning Must Therefore Include The Cost Groups 200, 300, 400 And 600 According To Din 276. The Following Planning Services Are Included: All Basic Services In The Service Profiles - Object Planning Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With §§ 33 Ff. Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 10 No. 10.1, Lph 1 To 3 And 5 To 8 - Planning Of The Technical Equipment, System Groups 1 To 5 As Well As 7 (Laboratory Technical Systems) And 8 In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai In Conjunction With The Appendix 15 No. 15.1, Lph 1 To 3 And 5 To 8 - Structural Planning Services, Lph 1 To 3 As Well As 5 And 6.
