The Assignment Constitutes A Contract For Carrying Out The “Renovation Lillo Bridge” Project, In Which The Design And Design Details Must Be Developed Into An “Implementation Design” Within A Construction Team Formula. This Assignment Consists Of 1 Fixed Part And 1 Conditional Part (Within The Meaning Of Article 135 Of The Act Of 17 June 2016 On Public Procurement): - Fixed Part: Construction Team Phase (Including Any Preliminary Investigations On Site) - Conditional Part: Construction Phase If The Construction Team Phase Is Completed Successfully - I.E. If All Three Parties Agree Unanimously (Cf. The Modalities Included In The Construction Team Agreement) With The Implementation Design And The Construction Costs Remain Within The Maximum Budget (Including The Anticipated Subsidies Received) - The Port Of Antwerp-Bruges Will Decide Within 60 Days After The End Of The Construction Team Phase To Order The Conditional Part (The Construction Phase). If The Construction Phase Is Not Ordered Within The Specified Period, The Port Of Antwerp-Bruges Is Deemed To Have Abandoned The Execution Of The Construction Phase.
