The City Of Minden Plans To Renovate And Convert The Last Part Of The Town Hall. The Property Is Located In Downtown Minden. Building Location: Kleiner Domhof 17, 32423 Minden, Property Size Approx. 56,042 M². The Town Hall Complex In The Town Hall Quarter Between Scharn/Markt, The “Kleiner Domhof” And “Großer Domhof” Squares And The Street “Am Rathaus” Has Been Used In Its Current Form Since The Mid-1970S. In February 2026, The City Council Of Minden Decided To Implement The Third Construction Phase Of The Town Hall Renovation. The Aim Is To Renovate And Convert Building Parts D, E And F At The Großer Domhof. The Other Parts Of The Building Have Already Been Implemented And Are Therefore Not Included In This Measure. The Structural Implementation Is Planned In One Construction Phase.
