The I-Team, Network And Security Telecom Service (Strs), Cyber Crime Service (Slcc) And The Security Advisory And Testing (Ats) Departments Of La Poste Wish To Complement The Cyber Security Skills Of Their Teams By Entrusting A Service Provider With The Establishment Of A Skills Center Which Will Enable It To Cover The Following Needs In Terms Of Resources: The Service Will Consist Of Making Resources Available To Carry Out The Following Activities: - Penetration Testing Service (Carrying Out Intrusion Tests Web Or Mobile Applications, Infrastructure, Code Audit, Vulnerability Search, Configuration Review); - Provision Of Management And Production Of Regulatory Safety Notices (Carrying Out Ebios Rm Risk Analyses, Safety Notices, Safety Support For Regulatory Projects); - Cloud Operational Security Consulting And Development Provision (Including Mastery Of Azure Policies And Azure Security Rules, Service Security Approvals, Advice And Support In Security Policies). This Service May Evolve Towards Cloud Technologies Other Than Azure Or Non-Cloud Perimeters: - Provision Of Security Expertise In A Specific Technical Area; - Provision Of Support For Cybersecurity Program Management (Project Management Or Ssi). The Number Of Beneficiaries Envisaged For This Consultation Is: 1 The Estimated Amount Of The Service Is €6,000,000 Excluding Tax The Maximum Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At €8,000,000 Excluding Tax, Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Renewal Periods Included. The Offer Is Valid For One Year.
