Video Equipment – Framework Agreement For The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Audiovisual Equipment. This Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 9,000,000 Euros Excluding Taxes For All Holders And For The Duration Of The Contract. It Gives Rise To Re-Competition When The Need Arises Following The Terms Indicated In The Market. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Define The Conditions And Terms For The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Audiovisual Equipment For Collaborative Spaces (Meeting Rooms, Training Room, Flex Office, Etc.) In Ratp Premises Or Sites. Equipment Maintenance Also Concerns Ratp’S Existing Equipment Fleet. The Services Included In The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Are Described Below. • The Supply Of Audiovisual Equipment (Including Technological Monitoring, Advice, Documentation); • The Supply, Installation And Guarantee Of Audiovisual Equipment (Including Technological Monitoring, Advice, Documentation, Removal Of Audiovisual Equipment, User Training, Etc.); • Preventive Or Corrective Maintenance Initiated By The Ratp Of The Audiovisual Equipment Provided And That Of Existing Equipment (Including Small Supplies, Technical Training Of Maintainers, Etc.); • Associated Services (Removal Of Audiovisual Equipment, Studies, User Training, Technical Training, Maintainability Documentation, Etc.). The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 24 Months From Notification Of The First Ols.
