The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of The Provincial Road No. 813 Międzyrzec Podlaski - Parczew - Ostrów Lubelski - Łęczna, Section Tyśmienica - Jamy, From Km 62+071 To Km 64+900, Length 2.829 Km. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: A) Measurement Works On Linear Earthworks With Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory; B) Corrective Milling Of The Bituminous Surface; C) Construction Of A Trough Under The Technological Band, D) Manual Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil For Construction Layers; E) Construction Of A Concrete Base Without Expansion Joints Under The Technological Band - Layer Thickness After Compaction 30 Cm; F) Making A Technological Strip From A Mineral-Bituminous-Clinical-Gravel Mixture With An Asphalt Binder - Layer Thickness After Compaction: 10 Cm; G) Performing Mechanical Cleaning And Sprinkling Of Cold Asphalt Emulsion On The Base And Bituminous Surface; H) Leveling The Existing Foundation With A Mineral And Asphalt Mixture; I) Making An Anti-Cracking Layer Under The Bituminous Layers With Reinforcing Mesh; J) Making A Binding Layer Of Mineral And Bituminous Grit Mixtures, Thickness After Compaction: 5 Cm; K) Making A Wearing Course Of Mineral-Bituminous Grit Mixtures, Thickness After Compaction: 4 Cm; L) Cleaning The Culvert; M) Replacement Of The Through Part Of The Culvert Under The Exit; N) Strengthening The Roadsides With Crushed Stone, 10 Cm Thick After Compaction; O) Rearranging Signs Or Signposts On The Post And Hectometer Signs. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation, Temporary Traffic Organization Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Auxiliary Part Of Determining The Quantity Of Works. Design Documentation Adapts The Facility To The Needs Of All Users, Including Accessibility For Disabled People. As A Public Facility, After The Reconstruction, It Will Not Have Any Restrictions On Accessibility By All Road Users, Including Disabled People, Which Is Required By Regulations Regarding Requirements, Among Others. For Technical Conditions That Should Be Met By Public Roads And Road Engineering Structures (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518). The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Possible Absence Of Certain Works Necessary To Be Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Or In The Bid Cost Estimate Template Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Design Documentation At The Contract Price.
