Software Package And Information Systems - Delivery And Implementation Of A Cis/Ehr Class System For Comprehensive Keeping Of Anesthesiological Documentation In Electronic Form, Integration With The Ordering Partys Systems And After-Sales Service Care Within A Period Of 36 Months. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Implementation Of The Cis/Ehr System For Comprehensive Anesthesia Documentation In Electronic Form, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment, Connection Of The System To Medical Devices And Integration With The His System And Intensive Patient Supervision Systems. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Indefinite Licenses Of The Cis/Ehr System For Comprehensive Maintenance Of Anesthetic Documentation In Electronic Form - For The Operation Of 8 Anesthesia Stations In The Operating Theater (5 Rooms) And Treatment Rooms (3 Rooms) With The Functionalities Of Generating Ekz And Okk Together With An Operating Theater Schedule Module And A Module For Electronic Documentation Of Post-Operative Processes, 2) Delivery And Installation Of It Equipment, 3) Connection Of The System To Medical Devices, 4) Parameterization And Configuration Of The System 5) Integration Of The System With The His System Owned By The Ordering Party (Clininet, Cgm) And Intensive Patient Supervision Systems 6) After-Sales Service Care For A Period Of 36 Months The Hospital Has And Actively Uses The His Class System - Clininet And Intensive Patient Supervision Systems. The Delivered Cis/Ehr Class System Must Ensure Bi-Directional Integration With The His System In Terms Of Supporting The Functionalities Listed In Annex 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Parameters And Technical And Functional Requirements Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. Resulting From Answers To Contractors Inquiries. The List Of Existing Medical Equipment Covered By Cis Software At The Ordering Partys Location Is Specified In Annex No. 1A - Annex To Opz. The Price Form Is Attached As Annex No. 1B. The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In A Way That Ensures Compliance With The Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) Principle, Specified In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020, Taking Into Account The Guidelines On The Application Of The Dnsh Principle And The Relevant Program Guidelines, In Particular With Regard To The Six Environmental Objectives Specified In This Regulation. In Order To Carry Out Verification And Control Activities, Including Verification And Control Of The Implementation Of Milestones And Indicators And Verification Of Expenses Related To The Project Under Which The Subject Of The Order Is Purchased, The Arachne System And The Skaner System Are Used. The Systems Are Used At Every Stage Of The Project Implementation. Therefore, As Part Of The Project, These Systems May Be Used To Process Data, Which The Contractor Acknowledges And Gives Full Consent To, Waiving Any Claims In This Respect To Any Entity, In Particular
