The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services For The Małopolska Orthopedic And Rehabilitation Hospital. Prof. Bogusław Frańczuk In Krakow. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Provisions Of The Swz Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To The Contractors Inquiries. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Conduct An Electronic Auction. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. For Organizational, Economic And Expediency Reasons, The Order Cannot Be Divided Into Parts. By Specifying The Conditions And Criteria In The Procedure, The Ordering Party Does Not Exclude Micro/Small/Medium-Sized Enterprises From Participating In The Procedure. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Cause Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties And Would Entail The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing The Same Scope Of The Order, Which Would Threaten The Proper Execution Of The Order. Moreover, Division Would Be A Solution That Would Lead To The Lack Of Joint And Several Liability For The Proper Performance Of This Order. By Specifying The Conditions And Criteria In The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Does Not Eliminate The Group Of Smes In Applying For The Contract. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Refrains From Dividing The Order Into Parts Awarded Under Separate Procedures Or Allowing The Submission Of Partial Offers. 6. The Ordering Party, Within The Limits Specified In Art. 462 Et Seq. The Act Allows For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor Using Subcontractors. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors Shall Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Contract The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors - If They Are Already Known. 7. When Applying For A Public Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill All Formal And Legal Obligations Related To Participation In The Procedure. These Duties Include, Among Others: Obligations Arising From The Gdpr, In Particular The Information Obligation Provided For In Art. 13 Gdpr Towards Natural Persons To Whom The Personal Data Concern And From Whom The Data Was Directly Obtained By The Contractor. However, The Information Obligation Arising From Art. 13 Gdpr Will Not Apply If And To The Extent That The Data Subject Already Has This Information (See Article 13(4)). Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Information Obligation Arising From Art. 14 Gdpr Towards Natural Persons Whose Data It Provides To The Ordering Party And Whose Data It Obtained Indirectly, Unless At Least One Of The Exclusions Referred To In Art. 14 Section 5 Gdpr. The Gdpr Information Clause Was Published Together With The Documents Of This Procedure. 8. In The Light Of Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of A Supervisor
