Building Consultancy Services – Project Management Assistance Contract For Monitoring Work In The Operation, Design-Construction, Rehabilitation And Residentialization Of 234 Collective Housing Units As Part Of The Npnru In Marly. This Consultation Is Launched In Accordance With The Provisions R.2124-2, R.2161-2 To R.2161-5, R.2172-1 To R.2172-6 Of The Public Order Code Of April 1, 2019. The Purpose Of This Project Management Assistance Contract Is To Monitor The Work As Part Of A Rehabilitation And Residentialization Operation Of 234 Collective Housing Units, In Design And Construction. This Is A Set Of Intellectual Services, Studies And Controls Necessary For The Exercise Of The Role Of Assistant To The Project Owner As Defined By Article L2422-2 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is A Service Contract Concluded At A Global And Fixed Price. Prices Are Subject To Review According To The Terms Indicated In The Ae-Ccp. It Has A Single Slice. The Expected Duration Of Project Management Assistance Services Is 36 Months. The Estimated Envelope For Works Is 25,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Performance Of The Services Of This Contract Begins With The Letter Of Order For Mission 1 To The Contractor And Ends Upon Receipt Of The Work Without Reservations.
