Quotation are invited for Supplying Refreshments and Consumables (Erbil/ Mosul) The Iraqi Institution for Development, a non-profit organization, is looking for qualified suppliers, shop or company for supplying Refreshments and Consumables in Mosul City for one year. Submitting the offer does not obligate the institution in any way to award the contract, and the institution is not obligated to pay any financial costs incurred in preparing and submitting the offer. The Institution also assumes no responsibility for errors in the preparation and presentation of the offer. 7. The supplier must provide clear pictures of the models required in the offer form. They must also provide real models upon request. Offers from companies and stores that do not comply with this paragraph will not be considered. 8 .Applicant stores or companies must complete Appendix No. 1 in full, and offers that divide the offer and provide pricing for only some paragraphs will not be considered. 1. The offer must be valid for 90 days after consideration. 2. Bidders(Just Company) must submit valid copies of all registration certificates from Iraqi financial authorities and authorities, attached to this application. This includes: Valid official registration certificates / valid tax certificate Tax Clearance Company Institution certificate/agreement (including ownership list. company for the purpose of payment. Note: Companies that do not commit to submitting all the required documents differ from the competition. 3. The bidder must provide a signed and stamped technical and financial offer. 4. Preference in selection will be given to suppliers who have previous experience in carrying out supply and supply operations in the humanitarian sector, in which case references must be included and referenced. 5. The supplies that are distributed must be from origins that are not banned internationally such as North Korea and Russia. 6. The Institution reserves the right to contact any former contractors and any financial or security authority for the purpose of verification. 7. The Institution have right to negotiate about materials prices. 8. Prices must include all service transportation and tax clearance fees. 9. The company bears all risks for any damage, shortage or damage to the supplied materials. 10. The quotation must be delivered in a sealed envelope, as well as delivery of samples of the required materials within the date specified above.
