Tenders are invited for Engineering firm Technical Consultant Juzoor for Health and Social Development (Juzoor) is a leading Palestinian NGO dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Palestinian families and promoting health rights in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza. We promote an interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral approach to improving the health and social well-being of individuals, families and communities based on national targets and needs. Juzoor works on multiple levels with civil society organizations, professionals, governmental bodies, service providers, and the community at large. Our principles are to build local capacities and empower local communities, targeting in specific women, children and youth, through innovative programs that address their psychosocial, educational, economic and reproductive health needs Juzoor as a leading non-profit organization is dedicated to promoting health, well-being, and social development among vulnerable communities in the West Bank, Jerusalem and Gaza Strip. With a vision of fostering resilient communities, Juzoor strives to address the multifaceted challenges faced by individuals, families, and communities, with a strong emphasis on mental health and psychosocial support. 3. Objective of this ToR: Juzoor is looking for a qualified engineering firm to assess, design, and supervise the renovation of health facilities, and the establishment or renovation of community rooms or spaces, in 6 different Governorates in the West Bank. Only engineering firms will be considered. No individual engineers will be considered. Engineering firm hereafter will be called consultant. Under the project (Strengthening the resilience of the local populations and structures in the Palestinian Territories), and with the generous support from Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe (JUH), Juzoor will conduct a renovation or rehabilitation of 8 local health facilities and will establish or renovate 6 community rooms or spaces Interested applicants are required to submit two offers: one technical and one financial. The financial offer carries 70%, while the technical offer carries 30% of the combined score. Those scoring 70% and above on the technical offer will have their financial offered reviewed.
