Tenders are invited for Facility Maintenance Services Facility Maintenance Services - EU Delegation to the UK 06.05.2026 The Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom intends to launch a low value procurement procedure for Facility Maintenance services. The provider will deliver Hard Services Maintenance Stabilisation programme across 4,000m² of diplomatic premises situated at Europe House, 32 Smith Square, London SW1P 3EU. The services will include implementation of a structured 12-month Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regime, prioritisation of any hard services maintenance backlogs, reinstatement of asset reliability to defined operating baseline, and full management of reactive maintenance. The EU Delegation intends to establish a framework contract for the duration of 12 months.
