COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) within the hours of 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday from the office of the Head, Maintenance/Technical Services of Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board, TBS Complex, Lagos Island, Lagos State, after paying a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only per Lot, paid into the Tafawa Balewa Square Management Boards Treasury Single Account (TSA) domiciled with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) via Remita. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit their bids for Lots 1, 2, & 3 in three (3) hard copies of each of the technical and financial bids, with a soft copy of the financial bid only in MS Excel format, saved in a detachable USB drive (Flash Drive) and packaged separately in sealed envelopes marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the three (3) sealed envelopes together in a larger envelope, sealed with the lot number, project title, and firms information boldly written on the reverse side of the sealed envelope, addressed and submitted to the office of the Managing Director, Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board, TBS Complex, Lagos Island, Lagos State. Submissions must be made no later than noon, Monday, 25th May 2026. However, for bidders interested in Lot 4, prospective bidders are to submit three (3) copies of their Expression of Interest (EoI) in a sealed envelope marked as Expression of Interest. While the lot number, project title, and firms information should be written on the reverse side of the sealed envelope, addressed, and submitted to the office of the Managing Director, Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board, TBS Complex, Lagos Island, Lagos State. Submissions must be made no later than noon, Monday, 18th May 2026. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS For Lots 1, 2, & 3, only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline at noon on Monday, 25th May 2026; the financial bids will be kept unopened. For Lot 4, the opening of EoI takes place after the submission deadline at noon, Monday, 18th May 2026, at the Conference Room of the Tafawa Balewa Square Management Board, TBS Complex, Lagos Island, Lagos State.
