Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Garage Facilities For The Olioc Warehouse - Stage I

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of An Existing Warehouse Facility Intended For The Olioc Warehouse. The Facility Is Located In Stare Kurów At Ul. Kościuszki 77. The Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities. Note: All Works Included In The Construction Design And Site Development Design, Which Is An Annex To The Building Permit Decision, Are Not Required To Be Performed. The Order Concerns Stage I Of The Task, Which Was Included In The Bill Of Quantities And Industry Designs. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Marking And Securing The Work Area, 2) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation For Stage I. 3) Ensuring Supervision Of The Works By Qualified Staff With Appropriate Construction Qualifications. 4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 5) Obtaining A Partial Permit For The Use Of The Building (If Required).
