The Planned Project Involving The Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse In The Design And Build Formula Is A Response To Identified Local And Supra-Local Threats That Have A Direct Impact On The Safety Of The Population And The Continuity Of Operation Of The Basic Critical Infrastructure In The Dydnia Commune. The Civil Defense Warehouse Will Be Built In Jabłonka And Will Enable: - Safe And Permanent Storage Of Equipment And Materials Necessary For Civil Protection Activities, - Quick Mobilization Of Intervention Equipment In The Event Of Natural, Technological Or Military Threats, - Ensuring Efficient Logistics Of Resources Critical, Including Evacuation Means, Security Materials, Equipment For Aid Points And Emergency Supplies, - Increasing The Operational Readiness Of Municipal Civil Defense Structures And Rescue Services. The Project Will Be Implemented In Full Compliance With The Priorities Set Out In The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Task In The Design And Build Formula, Integrating Design And Execution Of The Project To Build A Civil Defense Warehouse In Jabłonka, Including: A) Development Of A Comprehensive Technical Design Together With Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, Execution And Completion Of The Works, B) Implementation Of The Construction Project In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation, As-Built Inventory And Acceptance Of The Implementation. Before Starting The Work, The Contractor Will Verify The Design Output Data Prepared By The Ordering Party.
