The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction Of An Agricultural Transport Road And An Internal Road Within The Town Of Zimna Wódka, Located On Plots No. 361/2, 344/2, 363, 1014. The Investment Begins With The Renovation Of The Surface Of The Internal Road From The Intersection With The District Road Ul. Strzelecka (From Km 0+000 To Km 0+265), Then Continues Into The Reconstruction Of The Agricultural Transport Road (From Km 0+265 To Km 1+285). The Investment Includes The Construction Of New Road Surfaces Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, Access Roads To Private Properties Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, And Exits To Fields. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Project Includes: • Necessary Preparatory Works, • Execution Of Demolition Works, • Earthworks, • Construction Of A Roadbed With Soil Profiling, • Construction Of Construction Layers Of The Surface, • Height Adjustment Of Side Road Entrances And Entrances And Exits To Property, • Vertical Adjustment Of Technical Infrastructure Devices, • Execution Of Vertical Markings. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Provide Surveying Services; - Develop And Approve Traffic Organization Designs For The Duration Of The Works; - Report To The Relevant Institutions The Introduction Of Changes In Traffic Organization - Perform Construction Works On The Basis Of Design Documentation For Which Building Permit No. 350/2025 Of December 22, 2025 Was Obtained; - Secure The Construction Site And Conduct Construction Works Based On The Decision Rg.6220.8.2025.Iw - Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations And Checks, As Well As Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Task Into Operation; - Notifying On Behalf Of The Ordering Party About The Completion Of The Task To The Relevant Institutions (Pinb); - Paying Fees For The Occupation Of The Road, External Supervision, Research, Tests, Etc.; - Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Providing An As-Built Geodetic Map Accepted For The State And Cartographic Survey; - Securing The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Road Traffic Regulations; - Implementing And Maintaining Protection Of The Works And The Construction Site Against Access By Third Parties During The Investment Implementation; - Disposal Of Demolition Materials In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; - Restoring The Surface And Areas Adjacent To The Investment To Their Pre-Replacement Condition; - Enabling Access To The Property During The Execution Of The Works; - Preparing As-Built Documentation.
