Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Decision For The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Town Hall With A Museum Warehouse And An Exhibition Hall

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions, Including A Building Permit, Demolition Permit And Conservation Permit For The Investment Task Entitled: Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Decision For The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Town Hall With A Museum Warehouse And An Exhibition Hall. The Investment Is Located On Plots No. 1176/1, 1176/3 And 1176/4 In Sierpc. The Order Also Includes Authors Supervision And The Provision Of Substantive Support At The Stage Of Preparation And Conduct Of Proceedings Or Proceedings For The Award Of A Public Procurement Contract For Construction Works Until The Conclusion Of A Contract With The Contractor.2. The Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Regulations On The Protection Of Monuments And Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And In A Way That Enables Proper Preparation And Conduct Of The Public Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, And Then The Proper Implementation Of Construction Works. The Basis For The Study Is The Conceptual Design Of The Expansion Of The Historic Building Of The Former Town Hall In Sierpc With A Museum Warehouse With An Exhibition Hall.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Documentation In A Level Of Detail Enabling The Implementation Of The Works Without The Need For Additional Studies. 4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Tender Support, I.E. Provide Activities Consisting In Supporting The Ordering Party In The Preparation And Conduct Of The Procedure Or Procedures For The Award Of Public Procurement For Construction Works, In Particular: Answering Contractors Questions, Preparing Changes And Additions To The Documentation, Giving Opinions On Equivalent Solutions And Offers, 2) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law.5. The Documentation Must Be Complete, Coherent And Inter-Industry Coordinated, Adapted To Technical, Formal And Conservation Conditions, And Developed To A Degree Of Detail Enabling The Conduct Of Public Procurement Proceedings For Construction Works And The Implementation Of The Investment Without The Need To Supplement It, Except For Situations Resulting From Circumstances Impossible To Predict At The Design Stage. 6. The Documentation Constitutes A Description Of The Subject Of The Construction Works Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 99-103 Of The Act And Must Be Prepared In Accordance With These Provisions, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabl
