Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Streets In Łęczyca Using The Asphalt Overlay Method Divided Into 2 Parts: Part I: Renovation Of Słowackiego Street In Łęczyca Using The Asphalt Overlay Method2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Public Procurement Law Was Described Using Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. These Documents Constitute Annexes To This Swz - Opz Annex No. 5. 3. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Technical Documentation.4. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation, Guidelines Specified In The Terms Of Reference, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, And In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Supervision Inspector.5. A Detailed Safety And Health Protection Plan Should Be Developed On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 23, 2003 On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Safety And Health Protection Plan (Journal Of Laws No. 120, Item 1126). 6. All Delivered And Installed Devices Must Be New. Prototype Devices Are Not Permitted. The Delivered Devices Must Be Working And Have The Required Certificates Or Ce Declarations Of Conformity. 7. To Perform The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials That Guarantee Appropriate Quality, With Technical And Quality Parameters Corresponding To The Properties Of The Materials Used In The Project. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming The Permission For Use/Installation (Attestations, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Quality Certificates) For The Materials And Devices Used. 9. It Is Prohibited To Use Materials That Do Not Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Standards And Have Parameters Other Than Those Specified In The Design. 10. The Contractor Will Secure The Materials And Equipment Temporarily Stored On The Construction Site - Until They Are Installed - Against Destruction, Damage Or Loss Of Quality, Properties Or Parameters, And Will Make Them Available For Inspection By The Supervision Inspector. 11.
