The Order Includes, Among Others: Performing The Following, Among Others: Works (General Description):• Securing The Construction Site And Organizing The Construction Facilities.• Preparing The Subfloor Of The Indicated External Walls And Insulating The External Walls With Facade Polystyrene.• Preparing The Subfloor Of The Indicated External Walls And Insulating The External Walls With Facade Mineral Wool.• Execution Of Plasters And Colors Of The Facade.• Preparation Of The Subfloor And Insulating The Roof With Polystyrene, Along With The Renovation And Heightening Of Fire Walls.• Replacement External Window Joinery With Automatic Window Ventilators.• Replacement Of External Door Joinery.• Renovation Of Plasters Of The Retaining Wall At The External Entrance To The Basement.• Renovation And Painting Of Chimneys.• Renovation Of The Balustrade Of The Wall At The Entrance To The Basement.• Installation Of Canopies Over The Entrances To The Building.• Replacement Of Window Sills And Sheet Metal Flashings (Width Adapted To The Thickness Of The Thermal-Modernization Layer), Gutters, Downpipes, Under-Gutter Strips Made Of Zinc-Titanium Sheet.• Tidying Up The Façade By Dismantling Elements Of Surface-Mounted Technical Installations And External Antennas.
