The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Circular Traffic Intersection Along The District Road 3238W Przasnysz - Leszno - Gostkowo - Karniewo - Przemiarowo In The Town Of Przasnysz Together With The Authors Supervision - Divided Into The Basic Scope Of The Order And The Optional Scope Of The Order.1. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Including: 1) Carrying Out Surveying Activities, 2) Carrying Out Activities In The Field Of Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments And Water Law, 3) Carrying Out Design Activities In The Field Of Construction Design, 4) Carrying Out Activities In The Scope Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law, 5) Obtaining A Decision On The Permit To Implement A Road Investment For The Area Including Infrastructure Road,6) Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit For The Area Including Railway Infrastructure,7) Transferring Copyright To The Work In The Form Of Design Documentation,8) Granting A Quality Guarantee For The Developed Design Documentation.2. The Optional Scope Of The Order Includes Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation.
