The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Function Of Investor Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of Internal And External Water And Sewage Installations, Electrical Installations, Renovation Of Bathrooms And Renovation Of The Kindergarten Kitchen With Facilities As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 17, Including, Among Others: Performance Of: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Finishing Plastering, Flooring And Painting Works, 3) Related To The Installation Of Hpl Walls, 4) Related To The Construction Of Plasterboard Walls, 5) Related To The Installation Of Door Joinery, 6) Related To The Dismantling Of The Sanitary Installation, 7) Related To The Water Supply Installation, 8) Related To The Internal Sewage Installation, 9) Related To The External Sewage Installation, 10) Related To The Construction Power Supply, Wlz And Boards,11) Related To The Lighting Installation,12) Related To The Installation Of Plug Sockets And Power Supply Of Devices,13) Related To The Equalization Installation,14) Related To The Installation Of Kitchen Equipment And Kitchen Facilities, And Construction Of Permanent Structures,2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 9.3. Construction Works Covered By Investor Supervision Are Described In The Following Documents:1) Executive Design - Sanitary Industry (Annex No. 10),2) Executive Design - Electrical Industry (Annex No. 11),3) Executive Design - Interior Architecture (Annex No. 12),4) Executive Design - Interior Architecture_Visualizations (Annex No. 13),5) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Sanitary Works (Annex No. 14),6) Technical Specification For The Execution Of Electrical Installations (Annex No. 15),7) Bill Of Quantities - Construction And Sanitary Industry (Annex No. 16),8) Bill Of Quantities - Electrical Industry (Annex No. 17).4. Other Requirements And Notes.4.1. The Supervision Inspector Cannot Independently (Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party) Make Decisions That Have Financial Consequences For The Commune Of Ostrów Wielkopolski.4.2. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision Over Construction Works In The Construction Industry, Which Complement Each Other And Determine The Proper Execution Of The Works. Therefore, From An Engineering Point Of View, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Separate Stages So As Not To Cause Complications During The Execution Of The Order. Moreover, The Subject Of The Contract May Be Performed Entirely By Smes.
