The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Climbing Wall As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Small Infrastructure Next To The Tree Crown Path In Ciężkowice Including: - Earthworks And Preparatory Works, - Foundation Works, - Installation Of Climbing Wall Devices With Safe Landing Surfaces, - Channeling, - Construction Of A Safe Surface, Min. 40 Cm Layer Of Washed Gravel In Accordance With The Pn-En 1177 Standard, With Dimensions Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Pn-En 12572-2 And Pn-En 1176 Standards Or Equivalent, - Installation Of A Board With Regulations, - Obtaining A Certificate For Built-Up Climbing Rocks In Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 Standard (Issued By An Independent Certification Body), 2. A Detailed Description Of The Works Is Included In: A) Annex No. 1 To The Swz Construction Design, B) Annex No. 2 To The Stwiorb Swz: C) Annex No. 3 To The Swz Bill Of Quantities.3. To Perform The Works, Only Materials With The Required Approvals And Certificates Should Be Used, Which Will Be Required To Be Presented To The Ordering Party Upon Final Acceptance Of The Works. When Selecting Materials, The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Should Be Taken Into Account. 4. Note: In Economically And Technologically Justified Cases, Only With The Consent Of The Ordering Party - At The Stage Of Order Execution - In The Event Of More Modern Materials With Better Properties And Parameters Appearing On The Market, The Ordering Party Allows For Their Use In Exchange For The Materials Proposed In The Offer. However, This Change May Not Affect The Increase In The Price Of The Order, Accepted By The Ordering Party As A Result Of The Tender. 5.
