The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Kitchen And Kitchen Facilities, The Addition Of An External Staircase, The Construction Of A Gas Installation And The Change Of Heating Sources To A Gas Boiler At The Primary School No. 7 In Mikołów, Ul. Zamkowa 1.2. Construction Works Referred To In Section 1 Of This Paragraph, Concern The Construction Project Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Premises Of Primary School No. 7 In Mikołów, I.E. Reconstruction Of The Kitchen And Kitchen Facilities, Addition Of An External Staircase, Construction Of A Gas Installation With A Change Of Heating Sources To A Gas Boiler, As Well As Adaptation Of The Part Covered By The Implementation To The Applicable Sanitary And Fire Protection Regulations. In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation, Construction Permit No. Rdpb-767/2025 Of December 18, 2025. The Scope Of Works Is: 1) Demolition And Demolition Works:  Demolition Of External Stairs;  Demolition Of Paved Surfaces Around The Building;  Demolition Of Internal Partition Walls, Construction Of Openings And Lintels In Load-Bearing Walls;  Demolition Of Floors On The Ground Floor - Leveling The Surface;  Disassembly Of Internal And External Doors;  Window Disassembly; 2) Construction Works In The Building Include: Changing The Heating Source From A Coal-Fired Boiler To A Gas One,  Reconstruction Of The Internal Central Heating Installation,  Replacement Of The Internal Gas Installation From The Gas Meter To The Gas Collection Points Within The Kitchen Unit,  Replacement Of Other Internal Installations (Water And Sewage, Electricity, Mechanical Ventilation),  Construction Of Installation Passages In Partitions,  Fragmentary Construction Of New Partition Walls,  Replacement Window Joinery, Replacement Of Part Of The Buildings External Insulation With Nro, Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery, Renovation Of Rooms In The Scope Of Replacing Floor, Wall And Ceiling Coverings Along With Replacement Of Equipment, Installation Of Equipment In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Construction Of A Goods Elevator,  Reconstruction Of The External Staircase To The Basement, Construction Of An Internal Staircase (Communication Between Ground Floor And Ground Floor) With Access From Outside The Area,  Construction Of New Chimneys,  Construction Of A Garbage Shelter With Facilities,  Other Works Included In The Attached Design Documentation And Stwior.3) As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor In Particular:  Will Perform The Construction Works Referred To In Points 1 And 2 In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Swz And Other Procurement Documents,  Will Conclude An Insurance Contract For Liability Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Under The Conditions Specified In § 12 Of The Contract; Will Provide A Guarantee For The Construction Works Referred To In Point 1 And 2 Under The Conditions Specified In
