The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 111803 R On A Length Of 45 Meters, In The Distance From 0+020 To 0+065 - Consisting In The Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Left Side On The Plot No. 497 In The Town Of Cząstkowice. • Mileage 0+020 Starts According To Land Development Project (Annex No. 9 To Swz) From The Existing Dn400 Pipe Culvert - On A Brick Well Marked With The Symbol D1. • Mileage 0+065 Ends According To Area Development Project (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) On A Brick Well Marked With The Symbol D2. In Stage I, Brick Wells Marked With The Symbols D1 And D2 On The Development Plan Are Also To Be Constructed, Along With A Sidewalk Connecting These Two Wells. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Was Specified In The Design Documentation And The Sstwiorb Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of Works Being The Subject Of This Order Is Narrower Than The Scope Included In The Included Design Documentation And Includes Only The Works Specified In The Attached Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To Swz 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With: 1) Architectural And Construction Design - Annex No. 9 To Swz2) Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sstwiorb). – Annex No. 9 To Swz3) Bill Of Quantities – Annex No. 9 To Swz3. The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee For All Construction Works Performed As Part Of The Order, Including Labor, Installed Equipment And Materials Used, For A Period Of Not Less Than 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Actual Warranty Period Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Contractors Declaration Included In The Offer. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Quality Guarantee Is Granted On The Terms Specified In The Guarantee Card, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract, Which Will Be Issued By The Contractor After The Final Acceptance Of The Works.
