The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Dismantled And Stored Products Containing Asbestos From Real Estate Located In The Jędrzejów Commune Owned By Natural Persons.2. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products To Be Removed Is Approximately 500 Mg. The Estimated Number Of Asbestos-Containing Products Qualified For Removal May Change In The Event Of: A) Actual Dimensions/Weight Of Asbestos-Containing Products Intended For Collection, Transport And Disposal Carried Out By The Contractor And The Ordering Party, B) Resignation Of The Property Owner From Carrying Out The Works Covered By The Application, C) Lack Of Partial Or Total Co-Financing Of The Task By The Co-Financing Entity. In This Case, The Value Of Works Involving The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos Intended For Removal May Not Exceed Pln 150,000.00 Gross, D) Limiting Or Exceeding The Limit Of The Financial Resources Held By The Ordering Party.
