The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Podlasie Agricultural Advisory Center In Szepietowo Of A Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Free From Damage And Physical And Legal Defects, And In Compliance With The Standards And Technical And Operational Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Poland, A Pneumatic Seeder For Sowing Corn With A Controller Enabling Wireless Two-Way Data Exchange Between The Machine And The Tractor, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical And Operational Specification. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Seeder, Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Technical And Operational Parameters Provided By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Constitute The Minimum Requirements. The Contractor May Offer A Machine With Better Parameters Than Those Described By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1. The Parameters Of The Offered Machine Should Be Described In Annex No. 1 Of The Swz, Which Should Be Submitted With The Offer Form. The Minimum Warranty Period Is 12 Months. During The Warranty Period, The Costs Of Warranty Repairs Are Fully Borne By The Contractor. The Machine Must Be Serviced By The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Service Partner Of The Manufacturer. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period.
