A) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Geological And Engineering Documentation For The Stabilization Of Landslide No. 85911 Along With The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 603051K Kraków - Ul. Petofi Sandor At Km 1+662 To Km 1+734 In The City Of Kraków. B) The Employer Described The Subject Of The Order Using: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Material Scope Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, • Documents Regarding The Landslide Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz.C) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To Develop Complete Geological And Engineering Documentation For The Stabilization Of Landslide No. 85911 In Krakow, Together With Obtaining All Necessary Permits, Opinions And Arrangements.
