A List Of Areas, Scope Of Services And Work Schedule For Individual Parts Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, However, A Personal Visit To Individual Buildings Is Recommended, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party. An On-Site Visit To The Buildings Is Neither Obligatory Nor Required To Submit An Offer.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Particular Care, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of His Activity, Using All His Knowledge And Experience.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Professional Cleaning And Care Products Necessary To Perform The Cleaning Service, Equipment And Devices Used To Provide The Service: A) The Equipment And Devices Must Be Operational And Safe, B) The Chemicals Must Be Non-Toxic With Appropriate Certificates Proving Their Harmlessness.
