1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader With A Road Brush. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2023, Counter Reading Max. 20 Hours - Resulting From Factory Tests, Complete, Unused, Free From Physical Defects, Should Have All Required Use Permits By Law. The Contractor Must Have A Ce (Ec) Certificate For The Backhoe Loader. The Contractor Is Obliged To Train Staff In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance And Safety, Start-Up And Prepare The Equipment For Operation.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Opz (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1A) Constituting Annexes To This Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. The Valuation Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Above Documents.
