The Ordering Party Allows For An Increase In The Order Of Individual Assortments Within The Limits Permitted By Additional Orders.5. Delivery Of Material At The Suppliers Expense.6. The Proper Names And Type Designations Of The Devices Provided In The Specification Are Only Used For The Correct Selection Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Properties Of The Products Required By The Ordering Party, Which Include In Particular: − Diameters, Assembly Method, Installation Dimensions, Overall Dimensions, Operating Side. − Operating Temperatures And Pressures, (Kvs For Control Valves And Differential Pressure), Adjustment Ranges, Lifting Height, Hydraulic Resistance, Etc. − Materials Used, Type Of The Serviced Medium. − Voltage And Rated Current Value, Electrical Consumption Power, Regulation Method.7. The Ordering Party Uses A Node Monitoring System Based On Ecl Portal From Danfoss. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Weather Controllers Enable The Use Of The Above-Mentioned Service.8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Automation Components Come From One Manufacturer.9. As Part Of Additional Orders, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Order Of Individual Assortments By 30% In Relation To The Basic Order.10. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Will Not Be Lower Than 70% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract.
