Expression of Interest for Consultant Services for India Life Sciences Parks Market Assessment & Investment Outlook India is rapidly evolving from a cost-efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing base to a global hub for life sciences innovation. This transition is driving demand for integrated Life Sciences Real Estate that combines R&D, manufacturing, and incubation ecosystems. IFC, as the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, intends to evaluate this sector to support Indias ambition of becoming a globally competitive life sciences destination. The study will focus on Indias Life Sciences Park ecosystem across key pharmaceutical manufacturing clusters, R&D hubs, emerging biotech and medtech corridors, and innovation-driven geographies. The study will provide a high-level overview of the growth in Life Science ecosystems globally and identify the pace of growth in each of the major hubs. It is understood that there are cases where growth has slowed, and this should be examined and explained potentially to highlight risks and mitigants (in terms of supply and demand).
