Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Solar Electric System for the Seed Laboratory and Gene Bank at the Central Agriculture Research Institute (CARI) in Bong County, Liberia The Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Agriculture has received an Additional Financing (AF) Grant from the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP) of the World Bank Group with supervision from the African Development Bank (AfDB) for Agriculture development in Liberia. This grant will be used to finance activities of the Smallholder Agriculture Development for Food and Nutrition Security (SADFONS) Project. The project intends to apply part of the proceeds toward the supply and installation of Solar Electric System for the Seed Laboratory and Gene Bank @ the at the Central Agriculture Research Institute (CARI) in Bong County, Liberia. The MoA/PIU/SADFONS Project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of Solar Electric System for the Seed Laboratory and Gene Bank at the Central Agriculture Research Institute (CARI). 2. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding National (OCB-N) method as specified in the Banks new Procurement Framework which became effective as from the 1st of January 2016 and is open to all eligible bidder as defined in the Procurement Framework. 3. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below or upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$100.00. The method of payment will be in cash or by direct deposit, the banking details will be provided when requested. The document will be sent via email or in hard copy. 4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June 1, 2026 @ 1:00 P.M. 5. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. 6.
