In An Increasingly Strained Security Policy Situation, The Norwegian Space Directorate Is Experiencing Both A Greater Need For Strengthened Risk-Based And Dynamic Security Management And Preparedness, And At The Same Time That Expectations And Demands For This Are Increasing. This Applies Both Through Law And Other Regulation, And From E.G. Our Owner Ministry Nfd Through Award Letter. The Directorate Needs Support Both To Prevent And To Deal With Unwanted Actions And Incidents. The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Establish A Framework Agreement That Will Ensure The Client Stable Access To Strategic And Operational Support In The Area Of Security. The Support Will Help To Secure The Companys Values Against Intentional And Unintentional Actions/Incidents, In Addition To Support For The Implementation Of Emergency Drills. It Is Not Possible To Predict An Exact Scope Of The Service Delivery And/Or Specific Load Times During The Assignment Period. Based On Experience, An Annual Volume Of Assistance For Preparedness Exercises Is Estimated To Be In The Order Of 0.15-0.2 Mnok Excluding Vat. In Addition To This, The Directorate Will Be Able To Call For Other Security Professional Support, When The Need Arises. Since The Directorate Temporarily Has Little Capacity For Security And Emergency Work Due To Leave And New Employment, The Need Is Assumed To Be Greatest In The Latter Half Of 2026. Expected Start-Up Will Be Mid-August 2026. It Is Emphasized That The Estimate And The Framework Of The Contract Will Not Be Binding On The Client. The Agreement Must Be Over 2 Years, With The Possibility Of An Option Of 1 + 1 Year And Has An Upper Limit Over 4 Years Of Nok 1.3 Million Excluding Vat.
