Tenders Are Invited For Microreg.Hov.-Shared Com.Tech.-Municipal Vehicle

The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Selection Of A Supplier Who Will Ensure The Proper And Timely Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Consisting In The Delivery Of A New Municipal Vehicle With A Hydraulic Hook Container Carrier, Including All Related Accessories, And Further Ensuring The Provision Of A Quality Guarantee. The Utility Vehicle Will Meet The Following Requirements: A) It Must Be A New Vehicle, Not Refurbished; B) The Vehicle Type Must Be Homologated For Operation On Roads In The Czech Republic; C) The Vehicle Must Meet The Mandatory Vehicle Equipment According To Decree 153/2023 Coll., On The Approval Of The Technical Capacity Of Vehicles And The Technical Conditions For The Operation Of Vehicles On Land Roads, As Amended; D) The Vehicle Must Meet Technical Parameters And Equipment In Accordance With Min. The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Listed In Part Iii Technical Conditions Of These Zp; E) The Vehicle Has A Valid Declaration Of Conformity Proving The Approval Of The Vehicle Type. Documents For The Vehicle, I.E. The Certificate And Registration Of The Vehicle (Orv), The User Manual, The Catalog Of Spare Parts And The Service Book Will Be Handed Over To The Customer Together With The Handover Of The Vehicle. At The Same Time, A Technical License For A Special Motor Vehicle, Or A Technical Certificate Authorizing The Operation Of A Municipal Vehicle On Public Roads In Accordance With Act No. 56/2001 Coll., As Amended, Will Be Delivered. Furthermore, The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of A Quality Guarantee Related To The Delivery Of The Municipal Vehicle, Including Related Accessories, Which Must Be Provided Throughout The Duration Of The Warranty Period Offered By The Supplier, According To The Conditions Specified In The Business Terms And Conditions (Draft Contract).
