The Subject Of This Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Emergency Condition Of The Sewer Under The Road Boudy Towards Stádlisko, Ptení, Which Was Discovered During The Reconstruction Of The Road. The Subject Of Performance Is Work According To The Itemized Budget. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Parallel With The Ongoing Construction Work On The Given Road In Coordination With The Road Reconstruction Contractor. All Features, Procedures, Requirements And Specifications Are Listed In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation And In The Itemized Budget, Which Is Attachment No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. Technical Supervision Of This Contract May Not Be Carried Out By The Supplier Or A Person Connected To Him. If There Is A Reference To Certain Suppliers, Products Or Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin In The Procurement Conditions, Technical Specifications, Project Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, Then According To The Provisions Of § 89 Paragraph 5 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, Such A Reference Is Considered To Be A Specification Of Technical Conditions That Would Not Be Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Without Its Use. For Each Such Link, The Client Explicitly Mentions And Admits The Possibility Of Offering Another Equivalent Solution. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Does Not Intend To Discuss Offers With The Participants.
