The Object Of The Procurement Is The Moving Cleaning Services Of Helsingin Asumisoikes Oy (Hereinafter Also Haso, The Procurement Entity Or The Customer) Housing Right-Of-Occupancy Apartments In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With Each Selected Service Provider, Within The Framework Of Which The Service Is Ordered. The Framework Contracts Are Concluded With The Three Bidders Whose Offers Have Been The Most Economical Overall. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit Itself To Specific Procurement Quantities, But The Service Is Procured According To The Needs Of The Procurement Unit. The Contract Does Not Give The Selected Service Providers The Exclusive Right To Deliver The Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement To The Procurement Unit. The Customer Estimates That Moving House Cleaning Will Be Ordered For Approximately 30,000 Euros (Vat 0%) Per Year. The Detailed Information Is Presented In The Procurement Documents.
