It Is A Procurement Of Social And Health Services Below The National Threshold In Accordance With Appendix E. City Of Joensuu About 2,600 Employees Work In The City Of Joensuu. The Citys Organization Is Divided Into Welfare And Urban Environment Industries And Group Services. In Addition, The Organization Includes The Joensuu Vesi Plant. The Largest Industry Is Welfare Services, Which Includes Education, Early Childhood Education, Sports, Culture And Youth Services. There Are Approx. 130 Different Jobs In The City. Work Supervision The Work Supervision Acquired Through This Tender Is Based On Need, Not Regulated By Law. The Need For Job Guidance Is Most Evident In Early Childhood Education And Training Services, Because The Number Of Personnel In These Is Large, But The Need Can Arise In Any Industry. The City Of Joensuu Acts As The Responsible Municipality For The Employment Area Of North Karelia, And There Is A Valid Separate Contract For Job Guidance Services For The Employment Area, So Job Guidance For The Employment Area Is Not Included In This Procurement. There Is A Need For Job Guidance For Both Individuals And Groups. The Duration Of The Work Supervision Can Vary As Needed And Is Agreed Together With The Customer And The Work Supervisor. The Most Typical Duration Is 3-5 Times, But There Has Been A Need For Up To 10 Work Supervision Sessions. With The Acquired Work Supervision, We Want To Support The Personnel Of The City Of Joensuu In Various Demanding Work Situations. The Annual Number Of Work Guidance Can Vary, But The Estimated Number Of Uses Is 10-20 Different Individuals / Work Communities. The Costs Of Work Supervision Come To The Relevant Unit, So The Work Supervision Is Ordered By The Head Of The Unit. It Is Hoped That The Work Supervisor Will Have Good Knowledge Of The Field In Question. Work Community Training The Basic Mission Of Joensuus Personnel Services Includes Supporting Work Communities. Sometimes It Is Justified To Acquire Work Community Coaching/Training Carried Out By An External Party For The Work Community. Work Community Training Can Be Related To E.G. To Various Interaction Challenges, Work Development Or Conflicts Between People. The Service Is Ordered Either By Personnel Services Or The Head Of The Unit. The Required Number Of Work Community Trainings May Vary Annually, Estimate 1-5 Work Communities / Year. Services In General As A General Rule, Job Guidance And Work Community Trainings Are Carried Out As Face-To-Face Meetings, Unless Otherwise Agreed. The Service Must Be Provided In The Finnish Language. Depending On The Customers Needs, The Language Can Also Be Another, E.G. English. The Work Supervisor Must Be At Least A Person Who Has Completed Work Supervisor Training.
