The Client Wishes To Draw Up Framework Agreements For The Purchase And Maintenance Of Sweepers, Which Meet The Minimum Conditions For The Execution Of The Assignment During The Term Of The Framework Agreements To Be Drawn Up. During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Client Wishes To Place Further Orders On The Market For The Purchase Of Sweepers Among The Framework Contractors Selected Via This European Tender Procedure For Lot 2. During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Client Wishes To Have The Services Provided By The Selected Contractor For The Maintenance Of Sweepers Outside The Warranty Periods On Lot 1. Lot 1: Maintenance Sweepers This Framework Agreement Concerns The Maintenance Sweepers, Outside The Warranty Period. The Annual Scope Of The Work Is Estimated At €100,000 To €150,000 Excluding Vat. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement, Based On The Maximum Contract Duration Of 4 Years, Is Approximately €400,000 To €600,000 Excluding Vat. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Above Information. This Means That If The Volume Actually Purchased Remains Behind During The Execution Of The Framework Agreement - Regardless Of The Extent To Which This Is The Case - This Is Entirely At The Risk Of The Framework Contractor. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 1,000,000 Excluding Vat. If This Maximum Value Is Reached Before The End Date Of The Framework Agreement, The Client Reserves The Right To Terminate The Framework Agreement And Start A New Tender. Lot 2: Investment In Sweepers This Framework Agreement Concerns The Investment In Sweepers. It Is Expected That One Sweeper Will Be Purchased Annually During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. Currently, Sweepers With Combustion Engines Are Still Often Purchased. The Current Types Are Recorded In Section 2.2. In The Future, The Client Will Probably Also Purchase Electric Sweepers Or Alternatives. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement, Based On The Contract Duration Of 4 Years, Is Approximately € 1,000,000 - € 1,500,000 Excluding Vat. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Above Information. This Means That If The Volume Actually Purchased Remains Behind During The Execution Of The Order - Regardless Of The Extent To Which This Is The Case - This Will Be Entirely At The Risk Of The Framework Contractor. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 2,000,000 Excluding Vat. If This Maximum Is Reached Before The End Date Of The Framework Agreement, The Client Reserves The Right To Terminate The Framework Agreement And Start A New Tender.
