The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Find A Service Provider Who Will Organize A Total Of 15 County Hackathons In The Period 2026-2028 Within The Framework Of The Project To Increase The Influence Of Civil Society And Support Development. Hackathons Are 25-Hour Collaborative Events Where Ngos And Communities Work Together With Children And Young People To Develop Practical Solutions For Involving Young People In Community And Voluntary Activities. Through Hackathons, The Ability Of Non-Governmental Organizations To Involve Children And Young People In Their Activities Is Supported, Regional Cooperative Relations Are Strengthened, And The Tools Developed Within The Project Are Introduced, Including The Freedom Academy (Vabak) Platform And Community Practice Solutions. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Substantive And Organizational Preparation, Execution And Follow-Up Activities Of The Hackathons In Accordance With The Technical Description Of The Procurement.
