The Scope Of The Offer Includes The Provision Of Turnkey Data Communication Services To The Customers Substations And Control Centers Listed In Appendix 1-1. Standard Service Configurations And Fulfillment Of Service Level (Sla) Conditions Require A Reliable Broadband Network Solution. The Use Of The Mobile Communication Network Is Not Allowed, Except For The Second Arm Of Duplicated Connections And In Places Where It Is Still In Use (According To Appendix 1-1). The Service Must Be Fully Operational From 22.06.2026. The Start Date, 22.06.2026, May Change If An Agreement Has Not Been Reached, E.G. Due To A Dispute Or Other Reason. If The Contract Is Concluded On 22.06.2026 Or Later, The Service Must Be Provided From The Day Following The Conclusion Of The Contract. A Procurement Contract Will Be Concluded With The Successful Tenderer For A Term Of Three Years, With The Possibility Of Extension By Two Years Once.
