The Purpose Of This Order Is To Select A Qualified Contractor(S) To Carry Out The Design, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Maintenance Of New Photovoltaic Systems Only For The Own Consumption Of Persons - Final Recipients Who Receive Subsidies For Heating During The Heating Season Under The Following Conditions: • The Selected Heating Alternative Is An Air-To-Air Heat Pump; • The Household Owns An Independent Residential Property (Single-Family Residential Building), Having An Electricity Meter And Lot Number; • The Home Is Primarily The Final Recipient Of The Aid For The Applicant; • The Home Is Not Connected To A Heat Transmission Network.
