The Goal Is To Safely Divert The Water From The Iglika Gully To The Glogova River Intake, Prevent Material Damage And Preserve The Property, Health And Lives Of The Citizens Of The Town Of Kotel. As The Floods Of The Last Few Years Have Shown, The Existing Collector Is Not Of Sufficient Size To Absorb The Water From The Gully During Intense Rainfall.
