The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning, And Training Of The Employers Representatives To Work With 6 (Six) Types Of Equipment, Divided Into 6 (Six) Separate Positions, The Specific Conditions Being Specified In The Technical Specification For The Respective Separate Position. The Contractors Obligations Include Warranty Maintenance Of The Equipment Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant. Warranty Maintenance Of The Equipment In The Warranty Period Means The Obligation For The Contractor To Ensure, At His Own Expense And Risk, The Free Replacement Of All Defective Parts Of The Delivered Equipment, As Well As The Removal Of Hidden Defects Of The Equipment, Within The Scope Of His Warranty Responsibility, And Which Did Not Arise Due To The Fault Of The Employer Or Third Parties.
