Prior Information Notice For Mixed Service Contract (Maintenance And Improvement Of Public Lighting And Traffic Lights) And Supply Of Replacement Material For The Municipality Of Quart.The Object Of The Contract Is The Combined Contracting Of The Services Necessary To Guarantee The Correct Operation, Conservation, Maintenance And Improvement Of The Municipal Public Lighting Facilities, Including The Traffic Lights. The Present Contract Has A Mixed Nature, Since Its Object Includes, In An Indissociable Way, Specific Services Of A Service Contract And Specific Services Of A Contract Of Supply, In Accordance With What Is Established In Article 18 Of Law 9/2017, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp). Specifically, The Object Of The Contract Includes, On The One Hand, The Provision Of The Comprehensive Maintenance Service Of Public Lighting Installations And Traffic Lights, Which Covers Ordinary, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Detection And Repair Of Breakdowns, The Verification Of The Installations, The Management And Maintenance Of The Remote Management Systems, The Control Of The Operation, The Updating Of The Inventory, As Well As The Implementation Of Improvement Actions, Energy Efficiency And Regulatory Adequacy Of The Installations. On The Other Hand, The Contract Includes The Supply Of The Materials Necessary For The Replenishment, Replacement And Renovation Of The Elements That Make Up The Public Lighting Installations And Traffic Lights, Including, Among Others, Lamps, Luminaires, Auxiliary Equipment, Electrical Components And Other Associated Elements, In The Measure Necessary To Guarantee The Continuity And Quality Of The Service. This Supply Falls Within The Specific Assumptions Of The Supply Contract, As It Involves The Acquisition Of Movable Property Intended For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Facilities. Both Services Are Functionally Linked And Cannot Be Separated, Given That The Correct Execution Of The Maintenance Service Necessarily Requires The Availability And Supply Of Replacement Materials, And, To In Turn, This Supply Only Makes Sense Within The Framework Of The Maintenances Own Actions D
