Comprehensive Hours Control Service As A Tool For Control Of Presence And Management Of The Personnel Register Of Days Of The Alt Penedés County Council, In The Saas Modality, Which Includes Rental Of Filing Terminals And Training And Support Hours.The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Comprehensive Time Control Service As A Tool For Attendance Control And Management Of The Work Record Of The Staff Of The Alt Penedès Regional Council, In The Cloud Service Modality, Which Also Includes The Rental Of The Registration Terminals And The Hours Of Training For Putting Them Into Operation, As Well As Subsequent Consultations With The Corresponding Technical Services Regarding The Operation Of The Saas. It Is Intended To Unify In A Single Tool All The Information Of The Workers Consisting Of Integrating A Compliance Control Of The Working Day And Staff Schedules, As Well As The Forecast, Management And Control Of Absences, Vacations And Other Permits And Hourly Incidents Of The Labor And Official Staff At The Service Of The County Council. However, It Includes The Rental Of The Registration Terminals And The Hours Of Training In Relation To The Saas Operating System, Contributing At The Same Time To The Streamlining And Optimization Of The Work Of The Human Resources Service. Following The Recommendations Of The Spanish Data Protection Agency, It Is Required That The Registration Terminals Do Not Use Biometric, Facial Or Digital Data, Or In Any Case, That This Is A Means Alternative In This Sense, The Company Will Have To Provide A Card For Each Worker, Thus Guaranteeing The Privacy And Security Of The Employees Information.
